Terms of service

realtors.et is software for real estate agencies in Ethiopia. These terms are between realtors.et and the agency that signs up ("you"). The person who signs up confirms they may agree to them for the agency.

Your account

• You are responsible for who you invite and what they do in your account.
• Keep passwords private. Tell us at once if you think someone got in who shouldn't have.

Free trial and plans

• The trial lasts 30 days and covers up to 5 active sales reps and freelancers. No payment is needed.
• When a trial ends without a plan, your account becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but not add or change data.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly by invoice, in Ethiopian birr. Prices are on our website and in your account.

Your data

• Everything you put in (people, buyers, units, sales, payments) belongs to you. We only use it to run the service for you.
• Each agency's data is kept apart from every other agency's at the database level.
• You can ask for a full export at any time, and for deletion when you leave.

Fair use

Don't use realtors.et for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to reach another agency's data.

Money is never held by us

Buyers pay developers directly. realtors.et records payments and calculates commission; it does not receive, hold or move buyers' money.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and back it up every night, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Check commission and tax figures before you rely on them; our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
